Immunization with serum screening

- 5 mice immunized subcutaneously or IP with client immunogen mixed with Freunds complete adjuvant
- Seven to ten days after the second and all other immunizations serum is harvested and is tested using an ELISA method against clients immunogen
- A data report is sent to the client. When specific antigen titers are high enough, mice are ready for fusion.
Immunization without serum screening

- 5 mice immunized subcutaneously or IP with client immunogen mixed with Freunds complete adjuvant.
- Seven to ten days after the second immunization serum is harvested and shipped to client.
