- Each service usually has specific customer requirements which are not detailed in our catalog.

All cell lines and antibodies are the sole property of the client. We ensure strict customer confidentiality and can supply our standard agreement for your review.
Development may be done either as a whole program or in phases of the clients' choice. Modifications of the services offered below require specific price quotations. Development requires six to nine months. The customer will receive a minimum of five monoclonal hybridoma lines, a minimum of 10 ml of ascites fluid and complete documentation for the development process.
Immunization
- Immunization of 5 BALB/cj mice with client supplied antigen
- Assay(s) of mouse serum for immunogen specific antibody response
- Monthly reports on mouse immune response status
Fusion
- Fusion with Sp2/O-Ag14 or F/O myeloma cells for up to 5 mice
- Screening for specific antibody producing fusion products
- Select and expand positive antibody producing fusion products
(Up to 20 per fusion, additional expansions available) - Shipment of supernatant from cell expansion for client testing
Subcloning
- Subcloning of chosen fusion products by limiting dilution to monoclonality
- Cryopreservation: 10 vials per selected subclone
Antibody Production
- Production of ascites in 5 mice from one subclone for each selected fusion product
- Shipment of ascites and cryopreserved cells
- If requested, production of antibodies by cell culture is available instead of ascites production
